Our country is so corrupt that the sugar and sugar substitute industry have gone to great lengths to keep from competing with this super plant capable of obliterating diabetes (well, at least type 2) and possibly obesity.
It’s sad to think that millions of people suffering from obesity and losing their limbs to diabetes could have been prevented if the government had our health as it’s top priority and not lining their pockets…and the pockets of companies like Sweet-n-low and Domino Sugar. SMH once again, America lets me down.
I’ve read about this a lot, and it really blows my mind.
Coke and Pepsi made sweetners from the Stevia plant, and those got approved. How about that for a big slice of bullshit in your day?
